The 4.00ct Amethyst is a succulent and ripe grape hue, haloed by luminous creamy Pearls. This Victorian Gold pendant very much speaks for itself, she's a refined and elegant piece for your antique jewellery collection!

MEASUREMENTS: The pendant is 34mm long, inc. jump ring.
The pendant itself is 27.5mm long x 18.5mm wide.
The Amethyst is 17mm long x 9.5mm wide, weighing approx 4.00ct.  The Pearls are 3.5mm in diameter.
Weight: 4.5g. 

MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Gold, Amethyst (4.00ct), Pearls. 

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

Condition:

EXCELLENT. This antique 18ct Gold Amethyst Pearl pendant is offered in excellent condition. The Amethyst is beautifully faceted with a vibrant purple hue, and is securely set. The Amethyst has some very small fleabites to some facets, but these are only noticeable under very close inspection. The Pearls are creamy and securely set and have retained their natural nacre. Starting life as a brooch, this piece has been expertly converted into this highly wearable pendant with only minor evidence of this on the back. Complete with a soldered jump ring, you can wear this Victorian pendant with absolute confidence!
